U-POL Olive Green Raptor Truck Bed Liner Flexible Plastic Kit with Gun (2 Liter)U-Pol Bed Liner Flexible Plastic Kit is a 2-component urethane system designed for application directly to flexible plastic surfaces (TPO, EDPM, & PP)*. Dries rapidly, resists stains and abrasion, and protects against rust, corrosion, UV damage, and extreme temperatures. Also makes an excellent sound-deadener under or inside vehicles. Waterproof material, stays flexible, and reduces road noise and vibration.
The U-Pol 4802 Raptor Flexible Plastic Bed Liner kit is a tintable liner. This kit includes a Raptor color tint pouch to be added to the liner prior to spraying, in addition to abrasive sheets and Raptor Adhesion Promoter to prepare flexible plastic surfaces for liner application.

Application
:
Abrade flexible plastic surface with 180-320 grit
Clean and degrease surface
Apply adhesion promoter
Add hardener to fill line, add tint, shake bottle, and spray on with an applicator gun
Apply with an even-sweeping motion to obtain the required texture
Bed liner can also be rolled or brushed to obtain different textures
The surface should be lightly sanded or scuffed and free of dirt and rust for proper adhesion
*NOTE: Polyethylene, often found on ATVs, is a finicky material that has adhesion issues with most coatings. RAPTOR does not adhere to polyethylene, even with the use of adhesion promotor.
