U-POL Black Raptor Truck Bed Liner Bare Metal Kit with Gun (2 Liter)
U-Pol Bed Liner Bare Metal Kit is a 2-component urethane system designed for application directly to aluminum, bare metal, and galvanized surfaces. Dries rapidly, resists stains and abrasion, and protects against rust, corrosion, UV damage, and extreme temperatures. Also makes an excellent sound-deadener under or inside vehicles. Waterproof material, stays flexible, and reduces road noise and vibration.
The U-Pol 4802 Raptor Bare Metal Bed Liner kit includes abrasive sheets and Raptor Etch Primer to prepare bare metal surfaces for liner application.

Two (2) 13.2 oz. cans Etch Primer
One (1) pack of 180 grit sanding sheets (five sheets total)

Application
:
Abrade with: Bare metal 80-180; Aluminum/Galvanized 120-180
Prime with etch primer
Add hardener to fill line, shake bottle, and spray on with an applicator gun
Apply with an even-sweeping motion to obtain the required texture
Bed liner can also be rolled or brushed to obtain different textures
The surface should be lightly sanded or scuffed and free of dirt and rust for proper adhesion
