RE 520, Black Bed Liner Kit with Spraygun Includes: 4 - 24 oz Bedliner Quarts 1 - 32 oz Activator 1 - Siphon Gun The RE 520, Black Bed Liner Kit restores and protects trucks beds, floor pans, truck interiors and more. It is a durable two-component urethane coating that provides a textured finish as well as an excellent UV and chemical resistance. This Black Bed Liner Kit is comparable to the UPO 820, Raptor Black Spray On Bed Liner Kit. Directions: Shake well before mixing Measure 8 fl. oz. of Activator and pour into 1 quart of Bedliner Screw on quart bottle cap and shake for two minutes Remove cap and attach universal applicator gun to quart bottle of bedliner Adjust the air pressure to 60-80 psi Apply a uniform wet coat of bedliner using a sweeping motion, vary distance to change texture Allow two minutes of flash time before applying a very light second coat Apply second coat at an air pressure of 80 psi in a fast sweeping motion On the second coat, hold gun further away from the panel than the distance used to apply the first coat
